Home » Teaching » New Testament » Acts » Acts 21 17 |  August 14, 2022

In Jerusalem, James advises Paul to participate in a Jewish purification ritual at the temple in order to quell rumors that Paul had been teaching Jews in other places to abandon the Law of Moses. When Paul is discovered by the Jews in the temple area, an angry mob threatens to kill him. He manages to silence the crowd and tells them the story of his conversion to Christ. In this lesson we address popular false allegations of a sharp division between Paul and James. From his speech, we also learn important details about Paul's former life and his conversion.
